1. Acceptance of Terms

gg770 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or used the Platform in a manner that compromises the integrity of our services or the safety of other users. In the event of termination for cause, gg770 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the gg770 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. By using our deposit and withdrawal services, you agree to comply with the following terms:

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, gg770's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

The gg770 Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. gg770 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of gg770 services shall be resolved as follows:

8.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal dispute resolution proceedings, you agree to contact gg770 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through our support channels.

8.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

8.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against gg770.

8.4 Jurisdiction

If arbitration is not enforceable, you agree that any legal action arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Miscellaneous Provisions

9.1 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from this Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and gg770 regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.

9.3 No Waiver

gg770's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of gg770.

9.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this Agreement without gg770's prior written consent. gg770 may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any successor, affiliate, or third party without your consent.
